PLEASE NOTE: If you are going to make an appointment online for your fingerprinting, please indicate the MTC program you are enrolling for (i.e. Dental, LPN, EMT, Massage) in the "reason for fingerprinting" field.  This will assist the office staff in providing the service more efficiently.
